What we do

Installation Services

Solar Panels are generally installed on rooftops, building tops, or stand-alone facilities. It is very important to install your solar panel at location that gets the most direct sun exposure.

Solar UPS :

Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) allows electricity-operated objects like solar panels to continue running during an emergency. Typically uninterruptible power supply backs up computers and medical devices, but it also has other uses.

Since solar panels rely on sunshine, UPS for the home provides a much-needed solar power supply. UPS options, such as solar-charged batteries, and battery backup, can store excess solar power for later use.

There are five major steps to a solar installation that your chosen solar company will generally follow:

  1. Engineering site visit
  2. Permits and documentation
  3. Ordering equipment
  4. Solar panel installation
  5. Approval and interconnection

Solar Rooftop :

We provide end to end solutions for your solar panel installation requirements. We can help you with designing, procuring, installing to commissioning of your rooftop solar PV system.

There are some major steps to a solar Rooftop installation that company will generally follow:

  1. Assembly of Solar Panels
  2. Electrical Wiring
  3. Connection between Solar Panel and Solar Inverter
  4. Connection between Solar Inverter and Solar Battery
  5. Connection between Solar Inverter and Grid
  6. Start Solar Inverter through Solar Panel & Grid

Solar On-Grid System :

An on-grid system is connected to the normal power grid. This means that when demand is high, the house can draw any extra energy it requires from the grid (paying for it, of course), and when demand is low, the excess solar energy can be sold to the grid for the neighbors to use.

  • On-Grid solar systems are the most popular type of renewable energy setup in American homes.
  • On-Grid systems can make use of net metering, a process in which they export surplus power to the utility grid in return for bill credits.
  • On-Grid solar systems have many advantages: they are the most cost-effective solar system type and are less prone to failure.
  • Their main disadvantage is their inability to provide power when the grid is down.
  • On-Grid systems generate lots of extra credits during the summer, which can be used to pay down electricity bills in the winter.
  • Hybrid and off-grid systems are also options, but grid-tied systems are the best choice for most homes.

Solar Off-Grid System:

The off-grid solar system is a battery based, independent solar system that does not need a utility grid to illuminate your places. It is a complete solar setup with solar panels, solar battery, and solar inverter, and is ideal to lighten a home even in a far off location. This solar system is more prominent as it comes with a power backup.

Firstly you need to determine what you want to do with this ‘off grid’ system. If it is to power your home, then forget it. A licensed installer is required to do the work.

You need to work out how many watts of power is required and how much sunlight per day is available around the year from season to season.

There are high DC voltages involved with solar panels with isolator switches at the panel location (usually the roof) as well as isolator switches at the input to a DC/AC inverter. Then there is the aluminium solar panel support frame that is mounted on specially designed brackets to securely hold the panels and anchor them to the roof without leakage from rain and also be able to withstand heavy winds. It is a professional job and not normally a DIY project.

It could in the long run cost you a great deal more than having it done professionally in the first place.

Solar Hybrid System :

Solar Panel for Home

The hybrid solar energy system is a combination of On-Grid and Off-Grid based solar energy systems. In simple terms, one can define it as a grid connected solar power system with a battery backup added.

It comes with the advantage of storing energy in the battery when the solar panel operates at its peak and retrieving the stored energy during peak evening hours when electricity rates are high or in case of any grid failure. Also, one can sell the surplus energy generated to the local grid-connection and get paid for the same.

A hybrid system is when your solar panels remain connected to the grid’s power lines and have a backup battery system to store excess power. The sun’s energy absorbed by the solar panels goes through an inverter to create usable electricity. From there, electricity either goes to your home, to your battery, or to the grid.

The benefit of a hybrid solar system is that you will always have power in any situation. With a backup battery, the excess energy that your solar panels create (but your home does not use), will be stored in this battery. Then, when the sun is not shining, this battery will provide your power during the night, system blackouts.

Solar Pump :

Step 1: Structure
The first step in installation of solar pump system is erection of the structure. The solar panels required to run the electric motor are mounted on the structure. The structure provides a proper alignment of the solar panels with sun. Also the structure should possess sufficient mechanical strength to hold the solar panels against strong winds and hail. The design of the structure depends on the panel configuration that depends on the horsepower of the motor.
Step 2: Installation
The second step in the installation of the solar pump. This requires first fixing the pump motor assembly. After the pump motor assembly tape the polyethylene pipe with thread tape and screw it to the pump. Splice the drop cable to the motor cable. Attach the steel safety cable to pump and roll out with rising main and drop cable. Attach the safety cable end to the bore cap allowing for the rising main to stretch. Check the fittings for strength and slack for stretch. Now Lower the pump into the well.
